Birth Doula Support Services for Planned Hospital Deliveries

Birth Doula Support in the Hospital

Everyone deserves a doula. Whether you are nervous about giving birth or excited and intrigued, whether you want to know as much about the process as you can or you want to keep the mystery, the Harmony Doula Group are committed to providing you the best possible care with individualized emotional and physical support.

Relaxation. Reassurance. Guidance.

We will hold your hand, or your partner's hand, or your mom's hand, if that makes your birth a memorable and positive experience for you.

The team at the Harmony Doula Group have supported more than 500 people and families through childbirth.

We are trained in trauma-informed care and harm reduction practices, and equally inportantly bodywork modalities that include acupressure and pelvic floor balancing for easier, faster, more comfortable labors.

"Having a doula was an unforgettable, wonderful experience. Our experience of labor was calming, exciting, and fun. With each doula, I had a connection and feeling of safety. Having the Harmony Doula Team there made me feel confident, and allowed my partner and family to concentrate on being loving support to me rather then birthing experts." - Amy

It's normal for pregnant people and/or their partner(s) to have feelings of excitement, anxiety, and unease, even those who have already had babies. Our experienced team can guide you though it, asking questions, providing information, making suggestions, and helping you to discover what's important to you.

Less stress, less worry, more confidence, and better outcomes

Our doula support takes a collaborative approach. We listen to your values, hopes, and needs. We work together to support you in a way that you choose, so that you can have the most positive and empowered birth experience.

In the days, weeks, or months before you welcome a baby, the Harmony Doula Group is working to build a strong, connected relationship of trust with you. Whether at home in early labor and in active labor at the hospital, we join your birth care team whenever you need us.
